Our campaign was the best Employer Branding in Hungary
Ericsson and Noguchi Porter Novelli’s joint application, the Ericsson Roboskicc Challenge 2015 won on Prizma Creative PR–award, which is the annual competition of Kreatív, Hungary’s only PR and marketing trade journal, and the most important national award in the field. The program took the first place in the Employer Branding category. We planed an event in the focus of the winning campaign, which can move the elementary and secondary school children (and their parents) en masse and also university teams in a way that is intriguing for cameras and photo cameras as well. An important goal was that we do not constrain communication to one night, but have a longer preparatory phase. This was the Ericsson Roboskicc Challenge 2015, in which we with our target groups made the biggest picture made by (at the same time) largest number of “robots”. In the general category every structure could have been entered that could move, were made from predominantly reused material and could draw. In the university category we expected solutions that in accordance with Ericsson’s trade could communicate with their environment, their masters or other robots. We visited many Hungarian big cities every weekend in September to held Roboskicc building occasions. And at the end we invited everyone and asked them to bring with or make their own unique robots on the Researchers’ Night in Ericsson R&D Budapest.
